UPDATED APPOINTMENT INFORMATION
Menlo Park Office
We are looking forward to continuing to provide your hearing healthcare. As an essential service, we are open with COVID-19 precautions in place. Here's what you need to know:
BEFORE YOU ARRIVE
If you answer "yes" to any of the following, please reschedule your appointment for 14 days or later!!
Do you have any respiratory symptoms, fever/chills, cough, shortness of breath, sudden loss of taste/smell or sore throat?
Have you attended a gathering with unvaccinated people who are not in your "bubble" in an enclosed space while NOT wearing a mask?
In the last 14 days have you been in contact with someone who has or may have COVID-19?
WHEN YOU ARRIVE
Please wait in the front lobby. When you arrive, you may enter the building and wait in the front lobby area for a staff member to take your temperature and check you in to the office.
You must wear a mask. If you do not have a mask, we will provide you with one. No one is allowed in the office without a mask.
DURING YOUR APPOINTMENT
When you enter the office, we will ask you to use hand sanitizer. We will provide this. We prefer that you NOT wear gloves.
We will maintain the safe 6 foot distance as much as possible. This is not always an option given the nature of some appointments.
Please respect respiratory hygiene and cough etiquette. Use tissues if you must sneeze or cough. Do NOT pull down your mask!
PAYING FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT
We strongly prefer credit card payments at this time. If you cannot pay by credit card, we understand and will accommodate.
AS YOU LEAVE
We will once again ask you to use hand sanitizer on your hands as you leave the office.
Chocolate is back! We have it available in individual cups on the counter to help keep you safe.
Please contact us if you develop COVID-19 symptoms within 14 days of your visit to Pacific Hearing Service.
FOR FUTURE REFERENCE
Until further notice, all hearing aid cleanings will be done by appointment only. All hearing aid cleanings will be done using our curbside service.
