Become a Patient

If you or someone you love is struggling to afford hearing healthcare, we’re here to help. We provide low-cost hearing healthcare and hearing aids to people in our community who otherwise could not afford them.

Things to know before you apply.

Do you qualify?

Pacific Hearing Connection provides hearing services to individuals whose household income is no more than 80% of the area median income for Santa Clara County. For more info click here

Are your hearing aids free?

​No. Although we do receive donated hearing aids from the community, we do not offer free hearing aids. The hearing aids we receive through donations are generally refurbished and typically 2 to 3 years old.

I need to volunteer 8 hours at nonprofit of your choice

As part of our greatly reduced feeswe ask you or a loved one to volunteer 8 hours at the nonprofit of your choice. There is a section of the application that covers volunteer time. This can be discussed with our audiologist during your first appointment.

We will Schedule an appointment with you

Once you have submitted your completed application to our office, we will review it along with your financial documents to see if you qualify. If so, our Patient Care Coordinator will contact you to schedule an appointment.
