BEFORE YOU ARRIVE
If you answer "yes" to any of the following, please reschedule your appointment for 14 days or later!!
Do you have any respiratory symptoms, fever/chills, cough, shortness of breath, sudden loss of taste/smell or sore throat?
Have you attended a gathering with unvaccinated people who are not in your "bubble" in an enclosed space while NOT wearing a mask?
In the last 14 days have you been in contact with someone who has or may have COVID-19?
WHEN YOU ARRIVE
Our doors are open! Please come in and have the front office check you in for your appointment.
You must wear a mask. As a medical facility, masks are still required even if you have been vaccinated. If you do not have a mask, we will provide you with one.
DURING YOUR APPOINTMENT
When you enter the office, we will ask you to use hand sanitizer. We will provide this. We prefer that you NOT wear gloves.
We will maintain the safe 6 foot distance as much as possible. This is not always an option given the nature of some appointments.
Please respect respiratory hygiene and cough etiquette. Use tissues if you must sneeze or cough. Please do not pull down your mask!
AS YOU LEAVE
We will once again ask you to use hand sanitizer on your hands as you leave the office.
Chocolate is back! We have it available in individual cups on the counter to help keep you safe.
Please contact us if you develop COVID-19 symptoms within 14 days of your visit to Pacific Hearing Service.
FOR FUTURE REFERENCE
We are open for walk-in hearing aid cleaning and troubleshooting. However, service will generally be faster if you call ahead to schedule an appointment. Curbside service is still an option if you prefer to wait in your car - just let us know!
