I was born and raised in Campbell, California. I started my career as a custom denture technician and eventually became office manager and off-site patient rep - acting as the communication bridge between our patients, dentists, and laboratory technicians. It was there I found my love for the senior-community, but after 10+ years in the dental field, I took time away from work to grow my family. 

I joined the Pacific Hearing team in 2020 - the transition from dental to audiology was a smooth one. My position as patient care coordinator allows me to work closely with our team members and patients in order to make every appointment a positive experience.
